The HP-UX server (B.11.23) hang up forever when trying to startup NFS core, services, client, etc, I had to use “Ctrl + |” to interrupt the boot up process. After it starts up, only loopback ‘lo0′ is available, the other IP address is not available.
To fix:
autopush -f /etc/stcp.conf
/sbin/init.d/net start
